Community Emergency Response Exercises in Florida
with the police, emergency crews and volunteers. The idea is to train people so they know what to do in the event that the emergency folks can't reach immediately.
It's amazing how much Florida has borrowed from Cuba in terms of preparation for hurricanes. I just saw the exercise on the news - really good news. It it works use it.
