A Nugent Meltdown at SOTU - Good News or Bad News?

I assume he's been told to keep it cool, and he's said he will keep it cool - but in such a way that indicates he can react. If he goes off script - shouting out something or other, or trying to get in armed, is that Good or Bad for us politically?

Bear in mind he's not been invited by the White House.

This is going to be completely scripted. He's going to seem completely rational and calmly spout off complete bullshit in the process. I've read some of this Washington Times columns. He's capable of appearing to be civil. My hope is that when he doesn't melt down, the media simply turns their back on him.

and 90% of it is coming from our side.

If we ignore this slimeball the media will quit covering him and he will fade away.

8. He has no real interest in the SOTU...

He is more interested in throwing Obama a curve to keep him off center and the follow-up/rebuttal. He'll crow about the ratings, not understanding that most of the viewers think he's a bozo.

The "man" is sick and should be an embarrassment to the Republican Party. What Republican, in their right mind, would want Nugent representing them? They should be horrified and demanding he not be representative of their side. Goes the same for the Tea Party.

How low they have sunk.

Everybody is going to wonder if he'll have a "YOU LIE" outburst. The only thing that should be discussed is his false bravado after shitting himself when he actually had the chance to serve.
