Anyone else NOT watching the State of the Union?

I can guess what Obama will say, I can assume what the pukes and baggers will retort. I'd wager 50/50 that some asshole will boo or yell something out...

Best of all, if anything happens, I'll see it here and hear it tomorrow on the news.

I'm still a little burned out on politics, namely the politics of the assholes on the right.

I'll see the blow by blow here, and for the rest, that's what transcripts are for.

I'll read it in a whole lot less time than he'll speak it.

I'm actually more interested in the cabin/forest fire situation.

listening to a State of the Union speech. They are only full of hot air.

I haven't listened to any since Nixon, and I haven't missed a thing. Neither will you.

- got tired of the talking heads and all the interruptions. I find I get far more out of the speech if I read the transcript when it's published. Only takes about 10 minutes, too!

I do have Minnesota Public Radio on in the background, and they're broadcasting it live. But I'm not really paying attention, talk is cheap.
