(21,925 posts)This one's even odder, where he takes his eyes off the camera and looks down (why keep a water bottle that low?) almost leaving the camera shot altogether. If you photoshopped some letter "ZZZZZs" coming from his head, it would look like he'd fallen asleep with his head on top of the "GOP RESPONSE" graphic.

(61,700 posts)I know that this is silly, but it really begs a question - how could a politician who is being groomed as a potential presidential candidate be THIS clueless about how to act on camera? And how could the people who organized the set be this clueless about where to put the water bottle?
The whole thing is so incompetent.

(3,334 posts)well his talking points were without merit, became extremely nervous knowing he looked like a fool with his script, compounded the problem by reaching for the water bottle in hopes of calming himself down.

(61,700 posts)I feel sorry for us - and the rest of the globe - if he manages to get into the White House. Anything I can do to stop that is a good idea, including ridiculing him.
