At the end of 60 days the DOJ can and will go for a complete takeover of the department.

I would not be surprised if the criminal grand jury came out by then.

This is actually a fairly big deal, because it hamstrings Arpaio's ability to enforce immigration law.

The Latino community is rightfully jumping for joy right now.
