(1,362 posts)The current admin. has said it was all legal and told everyone to forget about it and look forward. The same load of heaping propaganda will just be repeated over and over again regardless of the massive amount of evidence proving treason, war crimes and felonies.
We are a corrupt country, all "Hubris" does is state it one more time.

(14,061 posts)Anyone who was paying even the slightest bit of attention knew the run-up to the war, and the war itself, was built on lies. And those who perpetrated those lies will remain scot-free and unaccountable -- legally and morally -- for those lies. Most likely forever.
Please don't misunderstand. Yes, this **is** an important story, but as someone else here said, it's like ripping off a scab. Unless something actually comes of this -- say, an appointment at The Hague for a few well-placed Bush administration people -- it's best to try to put it into some kind of historical perspective rather than have it feed an anger that will remain largely impotent.
