I was very happy to see

MSNBC on the TV at the Phoenix/Mesa Hyatt Place at Mesa Riverview. The sound was off - or it was low enough where I couldn't hear it where I was sitting.

Usually, all they hear are complaints. I go out of my way to give businesses that please me props. They need to hear when they are doing right.

Trip advisor. Trip Advisor is powerful. I have had businesses personally respond to my comments there. Businesses that cater to the travel industry take their reviews seriously! But call them or write them. Believe me, the bean counters want to know what makes a happy customer!
