Usually, all they hear are complaints. I go out of my way to give businesses that please me props. They need to hear when they are doing right.

I should have thought of that at the time! I was just there for a meeting, not staying there, and don't expect to be back.

Trip advisor. Trip Advisor is powerful. I have had businesses personally respond to my comments there. Businesses that cater to the travel industry take their reviews seriously! But call them or write them. Believe me, the bean counters want to know what makes a happy customer!
