Here is the full quotation:

What I stated was, that the Conservative Party was, by the law of its constitution, necessarily the stupidest party. Now, I do not retract that assertion; but I did not mean to say that the Conservatives are generally stupid. I meant to say that stupid people are generally Conservative. I believe that is so obviously and universally admitted a principle that I hardly think any gentleman will deny it. (Public and Parliamentary Speeches, 31 May 1866, pp. 85-86.)

were called racists and the Obama supporters were called sexist. This would mean our own party is full of racists and/or sexists.

Wow, it takes a lot of guts and just as much stupid to wear a shirt like that. And he's missing the sheet to cover his shame. Too bad, he should know to cover his shame.

that never hesitates to use racial divisions, racist rhetoric, and disenfranchisement to advance their goals.

It can also be said that the non-racist element sits silent and always supports those using such tactics over and over again which makes it nearly impossible to differentiate one from another when rubber meets the road.
