Sequestration—On the one hand, $85 billion isn't a lot...

but in my neck of the woods (Northern Virginia) the DC exurban economy will see, as only one item, 150,000 DoD people furloughed at an average reduction in annual salary of $7,500.

That seems like a lot of wages for a local economy to give up in a year when we are trying to avoid a double-dip recession.

will face, at minimum, 20 furlough days, amounting to less service and help for those problems Republicans created. They prefer their heroes dead.
