Should 2006 lame ducks be charged with conspiracy to murder the USPS?

The Supreme Court in its "infinite wisdom" has deemed that corporations are people.
The USPS has "corporate" headquarters... http://www.corporateofficeheadquarters.com/2012/01/usps-corporate-office-headquarters.html

And corporations have corporate headquarters.

That would make the USPS "people".

The 2006 lame duck Congress voted to kill the USPS by making its workers pay 70 years of retirement in a 10 year window, effectively killing what profit they were making and turning them into the red.

Why? From the tens of thousands of dollars UPS and Fedex donate (mainly GOP) they get to kill their mega-billion dollar rival?
