Dear Eric, From We the People.

Here's an idea for you Eric, I want to propose a Federal Law, that ends congressional pay as we know it. Instead of being paid a salary, I propose that each of you get an hourly wage for days worked. That would be an hourly rate at MINIMUM wage!

Now, I do not have the chart in front of me of the days that you are in session, however, it seems to me that you are part time employee's. That means that We the People, being your employer, no longer wish to pay you any health benefits. That is our right, to refuse you benefits. You get to pay for that out of pocket. Their are plenty of places out there, that you can purchase affordable health care. Will it be the Cadillac plan that you are use to? Nope, sorry.

Now I suggest that you Google: Obamacare. You can read about the benefits of the Law. Since you never read it the first time around because it was so many pages! It was really hard work. Oh but wait! You want to Repeal Obamacare and replace it with??????? Sorry guys, do that and you will be shit out of luck on getting affordable insurance. I really don't want to hear any whining from you either. Stand up straight, act like men. You can pull yourself up by your boot straps, God damn it! Grow a pair! You've become a bunch of lazy takers, and We the People are as mad as hell!

In conclusion:

We, as your employer, will evaluate your performance at the end of the year. If you have excelled at your job, doing the peoples business, you will be eligible for a raise. That amount will be 1-3%, based on your review. We the People, have grave concerns, very grave concerns, about your abilities. If you come up short, then we will have no other choice, but to let you go. Now get to work!

Signed,
We the People

It would seem to me they should be able to talk to each other and do the job they are elected to do. They have a blame game instead of a sense of governing. Since there are supposed to be different parts of government why are they expecting the president to come to them and do their work.

To the Congressional members who desire to run for president, show America what kind of job you can do as a leader, present bills to improve America and get members lined up to vote for them.

Canter and Boehner are nit leaders, they can't lead members of their own party not to mention others. We need heroes and not zeroes.

couldn't find his bootstraps if they were dangling from his ass, and since that is where most of his ideas come from, I suggest he get a map, a compass, a lodestone and a GPS.

He might be able to find them then, and perhaps a clue, too, but I'm not optimistic.

Then again, 40 hours a week at minimum isn't a living wage either, even with time and a half for overtime.

Cantor is a moron.

Because then there would be so much graft it would make the current corrupt kleptocratic corpatocracy look like a model of justice.

I could take that job at that wage, but only by selling out, and selling out hard to whoever wanted to buy me. I'd rather not do that personally, I'd rather be paid not just a living wage, but a good wage so I wouldn't be tempted to sell out and take the graft.
