Republicans do not care about the future of our country or the consequences of their actions.

Or else, they are stupid as a bucket of rocks?

It has been going on for over thirty years now. Reagan told us that he could cut taxes and have more money come into the Treasury. It didn't work. The national debt more than doubled under his watch with, at the time, record deficits. But the evidence did not keep the Republican Party from ignoring the facts.

When Dubya stole into power, he doubled down on Reagan's supply-side bullshit. He was able to pass even larger tax cuts and managed to double the debt again. They knew that the taxcuts were due to sunset in 10 years but that didn't seem to matter. Do it now and cross that bridge when you come to it. At the same time, the military and defense department had a blank check.

After Clinton balanced the budget, the Republicans, along with Greenspan, argued that a balanced budget was not good for our long-term economy. So they proceeded to drive us deep into debt without any thought of future consequences. As the record deficits and debt continued to mount, there was not a murmur from the Republican Party. But now, they can't shut up about it.

They did not care about our future when they threatened to shut down our government or when our credit rating was downgraded. They did not care about the consequences when they invaded Iraq. They showed little concern for the veterans that were coming back maimed for life. They seem unable or incapable of thinking of what their actions might create in the future.

Even now, as they debate the sequester, they have no concern for what it might do to people that might lose their jobs or throw us back into another recession. They simply do not care. What do you call people that refuse to accept responsibility for their actions or are unable to comprehend the damage they are about to do? They have no vision for a future whatsoever. It is insane.

He said because of the global market place, the economic movers are only interested in their personal gain and when they destroy a country, they will just move on to the next one and proceed to destroy that one.

If they don't, the locals will Primary them with an even more crazy candidate.

It's the insane people back home. Those who think Obama's a secret muslin who is gonna grab their guns and force them to have gay abortions and burn their bibles.

These uninformed hicks who watch their Fox News and wallow in their gleeful ignorance.
