It would be great if MSNBC would hire him for a show. I thought he was very good on CNN, he's extremely intelligent and knows his stuff. Especially on the banking industry.

Give him Tweety's second hour. Or first. Of course, DU has been wondering forever why Matthews has duplicate hours. Wonder what the hold he has on NBC? MSNBC needs some new "contributors." I enjoy the shows overall, but folks like Ed Rendell can take a few days off. I noticed that Robert Gibbs is now one of them - he should prove interesting. I was surprised to learn that he is around 40 and Jay Carney is almost 50. Doesn't mean a thing, just one of those semi-interesting trivial things.

Oh no, now Jared Bernstein is on Rachel, just saw him on Ed or one of them.
