Only acceptable forms of entertainment are listening to whiny depressing shitkick songs, or whiny shitkick depressing gospel songs.

If she did get elected, it might mean that Tea Party types were starting to wake up and smell that shit they've been shoveled--and the shit they've been shoveling, too--over the last 15 years, or so.

GA is home of the Walking Dead. NC was home to One Tree Hill, Dawson's Creek, Iron Man among others.

Many of them are on boats with the idea that you can simply float them downstream if the moral decay gets too high.

The problem is that every quarter that goes into a one-armed-bandit is one less in the collection plate and some have figured out that one of those at least has some chance of a return.

The entertainment capital would depend on your definition of "entertainment", I guess. I'd still go with Nashville - it has recording studios where new music is still being made.

Reason I am so against QT is that the people who make up the rightwing extremists all
love his movies.
And any semblance of farce/irony/sarcasm is lost on them as they wouldn't know the Onion if it sat next to them
They go to see the violence, the guns, the killings, the bullets, the mistreatment of women and all minorities.
They get off on all that, and the films QT admires all are not satire/farce/irony in the first place, but very, very violent ugly movies almost all of them with no redemption whatsoever.
Just Kill Kill Thrill Kill.

And QT smiles all the way to the bank and spews the word "sarcasm/farce/irony"
yet the vast majority of his audience has no idea that the movies (according to liberals everywhere) are farce/satire/irony.

More country singers are liberals than one would think.
And more and more, led by newcomers like Kacey Musgraves are singing country from a liberal point of view.
More and more older 1990s stars are revealing themselves as liberals, though alot of those are no longer getting #1 hits so they are freer than they were.

And for those that don't know, NYC a few weeks ago got its first country station in 17 years.
While that might not be earthshattering, what is different about this one is-
It is going to be the flagship station of a nationwide Nash-FM (if it comes to pass) and the owners of the station are going to be NYC based, and actively promote it as such.

Meaning the opportunity is there to revolutionize the music from a east coast/liberal point of view.

If it takes hold, come back in 3 years and see how its changed lyric wise.
Kacey Musgraves is the start. Brad Paisley has slowly been signing more and more liberal songs and stretching it without losing popularity
BTW-country stations are playing the Lumineers, Mumford and other groups like that.
A change is in the air, reminding one of 1989.

And the funny thing is, people like Alan Jackson (going back to 9-11, no one could believe how liberal Jackson's "Where were you when the world stopped" actually was, but done in a non-threatening, non-conspiracy type way that he actually pulled one over
(remember that was back before MSNBC existed, and back then, people took CNN to be the liberal of the cable news stations over Fox) and Alan was singing of
"I watch CNN, and I can't tell the difference between Iraq and Iran" subtle, but making a major point, as he did when he questioned and then answered
"Did you pick up a gun, or watch I love Lucy reruns instead"
and wrote and sang
about "Faith hope and love", with Love being the important word (not grab a gun vengence with a V).

As opposed to say Daryl Worrley who sang about not forgetting, so one has to go and blow Iraq up jingoism.(now whether or not Daryl meant what he said, FOX used him and ran with it throughout the Iraq).

Personally, I will watch I love Lucy reruns and never pick up a gun.
