When should "Love it or Leave it" apply?

To being a tax paying citizen of the United States? To being a tax paying citizen of Alabama, Idaho, Texas or even Michigan under Snyder? To being a citizen of Israel where there is a compulsory military obligation? To being Islamic, or Christian, or Jewish, or to being a Morman or a Catholic? When do you become guilty of the sins or fallacies of the institution or state that you participate or reside in? When does being critical of aspects of an entity that you belong to require you to either shut up or leave, no other option valid?

I think it is a matter of individual conscience, like so many other things that really matter. And i don't assume to judge the morality or moral culpability of someone who might choose differently than I do regarding that on that basis only, with some rare exceptions of course. Like most things that are grey there is the uncommon exception that is black or white. But that is the exception that proves the rule so to speak.
