Sorry if this is not really anything new, but I unintentionally ran across a conservative friend of a friend posting this crazy photo on their Facebook page. I'm just concerned about a movement of lies going on in an underground conservative movement which might pose a threat before we notice what's happening.
Normally I'd never notice this, and while I'm no fan of corporations, I think that truth is more important, and that it might be a good idea to counteract these false accusations. I think that the Reight has decided to pin Starbucks as a progressive corporation (whether they really are I don't know) and is therefore attacking it under our noses, in order to get their own troops excited.
I think we need to be careful about these things going on in the shadows. We've lost before when the Cons developed a web of lies, which we did not noticed until it was too late.
It might be a part of their strategy and I'd suggest watching out for this sort of thing.

There's also some crappy very poorly done Christian country song where they spreading this load of crap. Again, I'm posting this just to warn people that they are creating an underground network of lying craziness that might post some harm if we ignore it:
A song some radio stations are banning, the song you are about to listen to, was played at a Las Vegas Diamond Rio concert.
They received an immediate resounding standing ovation, and continue to do so every time they perform it!
Sadly, major radio stations wouldn't play it because it was considered politically incorrect'.
Consequently, the song was never released to the public.
Now Congress is getting involved.
Your President is saying that is not fit for release because it offends so many.
So America , see what you think...
If this offering speaks to your heart and you feel you want to share it with friends and loved ones, please do so now.
Might be silly but I think we need to counter these lies whenever we can in an attempt to inject some truth into their world.

(58,662 posts)it's crappy overpriced coffee. Their opinion on the war has nothing to do with it.
Oh, and I generally avoid any corporate coffee/espresso stands in favor of the small local ones.
If some over zealous pseudo-patriotic idiots want to boycott Starbucks, I don't really care.
