To correct the record, Ryan and the Truth are NOT perfect strangers.

Quite to the contrary, Ryan knows the Truth very, very well. However, immediately upon spotting Truth in the distance, Ryan will cross the street, risk heavy traffic, brave his way through puddles, potholes, and construction areas, to avoid meeting the Truth. He has even been known to change directions just to insure that Truth doesn't spot him accidentally.
