He wasn't robbed, he wasn't carjacked, someone walked up to his front door and assassinated him.

(1,241 posts)Torture, inhumane conditions, we do things to humans that are criminal to do to an animal. I don't care what their crime is, you don't justify it by locking them in a tomb for 23 hours a day until they go insane. Any warden who allows this treatment in their prison should be charged with crimes against humanity. It's not like this is a new thing and they have never done studies about the treatment. Death is preferred over solitary confinement, what does that tell you.
Probably going to be more until they end the prison lobby that bribes our politicians for tougher laws on Americas citizens for profit and profit only. And America knows that some people ARE above the law in this country.
thank goodness someone shot and killed him! That will solve everything, all of those innocent children will be free now

(26,355 posts)He shut down a couple of prisons, including one that was used for extended solitary confinements, and reformed the use of solitary confinement in Colorado.
He pushed reducing felony drug sentences, improving treatment programs, creating more humane conditions in prisons.

If I were to don my own tinfoil hat ( ) I'd say that it was the prison-industrial complex that whacked him - his reforms were bad for business.

(26,355 posts)It's a bit early to assign motives in this case. For all we know, the culprit may have simply been a tweaker pissed off about a prison sentence from blowing his house up cooking meth.

(5 posts)Here is the question to ask, how did the white supremacist get the head of a states DOC, address? It is not listed and cannot be looked up. You cannot search for it on the internet, and you cannot find unless you have access to the states computer (CICJIS) is the only database with that kind of information. Does the 211 gang have access to it, apparently so! How did they get that access? If an Officer or administrator had run that search it would be retrievable. If no search was run then it was an entity that already had Clements address, a very few entities. I am not going to lay bare my suspicions here but I can tell you that there are two private prisons with that information. One of those is a very large contributor to the American Legislative Exchange Council, a group of businessmen interested in getting around unions for their industries. Prison labor does this very well and very cheaply, ALEC is interested in many causes. They are interested in stopping gun control for instance a few pieces of evidence are noted below. Why are they interested in promoting gun rights? Because their biggest donors and gatekeepers for their other anti-union donors are private prisons, The 211 crew could have done the hit sure, but why? Because this gang along with others have been straw purchasing guns for cartels and other groups, but who gave them the address? If you research what I told you will soon see that only one group had the means and the motive!

"American Legislative Exchange Council (ALEC) provide[s] direct assistance to state legislators and firms eager to minimize any state government engagement in environmental protection. ALEC's membership base includes nearly one-third of all sitting state legislators and most of its resources are derived from corporations and trade associations. It offers regular conferences and training sessions but is perhaps best known for drafting model legislation that can easily be adopted by an individual state and introduced into a legislature."

(28,552 posts)... killed a Kaufman county (TX) prosecutor in a outside-courtroom ambush a few weeks ago. At least that is a speculation. And at the time of his murder there was a strong suspicion of white supremacist gang involvement.
