with his wife & kids in the car. The guy was irritated from the moment the truck was trying to get over to the right lane; he accelerated to try to prevent them from doing so. Then, after the incident, he goes to the truck owner's house to shoot up the truck!

He got more than he bargained for, didn't he!

saying this proves why people need guns ? because fuckers like this guy go out starting fights and someone dares to fight back ?

they need a gun so if they start a fight and get beat up they can pull their gun out ?

what kind of fucked up thinking is that ?

and the dumbasses who just insist it must be the kids who started it even if the evidence shows otherwise.

My exercise program for 30+ years has been a form of traditional martial arts. As a sideline to getting into pretty good shape, I've also learned how to fight and, more importantly, when NOT to fight. This guy coming up to me and throwing a punch at me when I was parked in a friends driveway would have convinced me that it was time to fight. So if I kick his ass defending myself from HIS attack and then wifey comes out with a gun? Is that what SYG laws are about? What it says to me is that you're in an IMMEDIATE life threatening situation in ANY physical confrontation whether a gun has been shown or now. And THAT'S what's wrong with the SYG laws.

It's good to see that the couple were at least charged. Now let's see what the outcome is.

Brahs, Rednecks, 40 year old adolescents, bikers, abusers, power drinkers, wannabe hooligans, ferals, early peakers, guys who think they're Stone Cold Steve Austin and unchecked snapcases make America suck. I don't go to bars. I avoid state fairs. Forget about football games. I hide on Saint Patricks day. I see one too many of these feral goateed motherfuckers in one place, I just leave. America has an inhuman and ubiquitous love affair with violence and hatred.

With a toddler (toddlers?) in their vehicle!

If my significant other chased after another car for 40 minutes, then got out to start a fight, he and I would be having some SERIOUS problems.

but based on the woman I saw in the video, she might have been egging him on. And it happened around 1 on Sunday -- maybe after church and a big feast at Golden Corral? Tsk... you'd think they'd be, you know, at peace, full of God and chicken fried steak.

UFB -- a neighbor's home was hit:

"That's a big concern, because you never know what will come up next," said Antonio Suban, whose home was damaged from the gunfire.

Tue Mar 26, 2013, 11:53 PM

for the purpose of standing my ground; which I would never be able to do without a gun; because without my gun, I'm a coward who clings to the NRA; a veritable sissy who requires a gun to do my talking for me. This is also why I bought a big Hummer with shaded glass and put Flag and Marine decals all over the back, even though I was too big a wimp to even serve in the Boy Scouts. My Hummer and gun racks make me feel like I can go out in public among people without feeling inadequate. I have my NRA decals and wallet ID membership card, my official Free Republic U.S. Flag collar pin, and I feel real tough when my loaded guns are nearby.

Now, who wants to fight?

This advice is what is needed here. Guaranteed these cowards would probably drive right pass. However, it is also advisable to get these cowards license plate number, and a description of the vehicle so there is a record for the police to be on the lookout for.

defended by gun nuts.

I am a woman and I would never punch a seated driver but could I see myself hollering and swearing at a bad driver? Yes. Could I see myself actually fist fighting someone over it if they were mutually inclined to do so? Yeah, though I shouldn't. Should I just call the police instead? Yes, probably.

But under such a scenario now it scares me that anyone who wants to fist fight would also just pull a knife or gun as you said.

It's crazy out there.

Seriously. I've changed my driving habits over the years. I'll slow down and wait now, instead of speeding up to go to the left lane in a situation like the driver described. Let the guy go by, and then change lanes. Too often these days, someone gets angry at the least thing, even when nothing was intended. Better safe than sorry.
