Rubio keeps showing he is not ready for prime time.
Joining with Cruz and Paul in a filibuster against the proposed gun safety law is a sure sign that he is more worried about his and his party's right fringe than positioning himself as a transitional figure leading the re branding of the GOP.
There is no way that he will be able to out right-wing Cruz and Paul. It is a fools' errand.And he's just the fool to try it.
