What students need more of is about to be eliminated.

...is by dipping into their own pockets. The result is of course disproportionate. Bless you Proposition 13 and your skyscraper loophole.
It should SHAME the district to do such a thing. Texas would LOVE to do the same thing. Makes me sick. I worry about the future and what it holds for our youth.
