Chuckie Todd to Moody's Analyst this morning on Job numbers

Surely we can find some bad news in these job numbers this morning, can't we? There has to be some bad news here somewhere? (paraphrase) Moody Analyst: Nope, we looked hard and there isn't any bad news. Chuckie Todd with sour look on his face.

Imagine the unemployment rate if public sector jobs weren't slashed. 7.5-7.2%. Maybe lower. FarLeftFist Feb 2012 #2

the Wall Street gurus always find bad news no matter how good a report. Like if they ended the war in Afghanistan tomorrow they would be talking how it will hurt defence contractors. If the unemployment gets below 6% they will be saying it will put pressure on wages and inflation is just around the corner..
