Question regarding Catholic Church upset about ACA...

Catholic Church claiming Obamacare a violation of their right to practice religion by requiring the availability of reproductive services.

Question-
Does healthcare in Europe, Canada, Australia where there are single payer systems require the availability of these services?

If so, did the Catholic Church cry a river in those places too?
