Today there will be the first ever hearing in the Senate on targeted killing by drones

Here are a couple of links:

The President has refused to send a witness to the hearing which will focus on the legality and transparency of the drone program that has killed some 4,000 people since its inception. Hundreds of those killed have been civilians. The U.S. launches drone attacks in Afghanistan, Yemen and Pakistan and Somalia. The vast majority (90%) have been conducted by the CIA- which isn't exactly known for its transparency.

And though the Boston attacks are apparently not linked in any way to drone attacks, does anyone seriously think that there won't be blowback from these attacks here in the U.S., sooner or later?
