Watching CNN regarding the new arrests in the Boston case. His first statement was "How can human beings be so stupid?"
He's absolutely right. These kids were not terrorists, they weren't involved in the bombing, they were just idiots. Perhaps well-intentioned. But idiots nonetheless. They were trying to help a friend.
But damn, how can you think removing evidence in such a case is wise? But then, I was that age once, and who knows what I would've done.
