I think we can see now how they stopped the Boston marathon bombing plot.

If they had not been violating our rights, God knows that marathon would have been bombed.

It's obvious that these violations of our rights are really protecting us from terrorist attacks.

exactly what I have been thinking through all this blustering...it's useless and yet still a violation of rights.
Oh, and supposedly this has been going on since BEFORE Sept 11th...so WTF?

but the thing is that the illegal spying didn't start with this order.

The secret room reported on by Wired at AT&T where they split off the fiber optic cables and passed the signal through a computer to sift through the information, that happened under Bush.

This shit didn't magically...POOF! disappear you know.

And that's why it's all bullshit. Every fucking bit of this nonsense is not working.

is that while they violate the fourth, what civil rights? The haystack is just getting bigger, or they switched from the three inch hose to the five incher, and are still trying to drink from it.

at this rate there won't be a constitution soon, so we can use all of the copies of it as kindling.

not to mention it wasn't foreign terrorism, but some thrill kill fame seekers, being that one already
had committed a triple murder in Mass. in a scene reminiscence of the Sharon Tate murders

So it wasn't a terror attack.

Because the only thing that defines an event is what we choose to call it, not what actually happens, right?

I care that it wasn't always a war.

Until people became far enough removed from it to know the truth was not reflected in the language.

LBJ got the Gulf of Tonkin resolution. You know it. I know it.

Bug off.

How possibly could Boston have been stopped when the killer perps did not even know they were going to do it then,
and had planned for July 4th?

They themselves didn't know.

However, with NYC type 2013 security, it would have been stopped.

And they found the killer perps within hours, thanks to cameras the day they released the pix

With proper security, the Son of Sam would have been stopped after the first shooting.
And Etan Paitz would have been found before he was killed after being kidnapped, (same with the Cleveland kidnapper would have been stopped with proper cameras.

In an attack so vicious many people compared it to the Sharon Tate Murders.

So in a sense, at least one of them was a serial killer.

But has there been another 9-11 from a USA airplane since 9-11?

They had enough information BEFORE the Boston bombing to stop the perpetrators. They didn't have to know the exact date. All they needed to know was that they were planning it. Period.
