3. A Santorum win in MI might be a Romney death blow as Romney will not win the South on Super Tuesday

VA, NY and the western states are Romney's only hope of sticking around until the convention.

by the base of right-wing Christian evangelicals and Fundamentalists. Early on, a lot of DU'ers said the GOP would not accept a Mormon. They were right. It looks like lights out for Romney.

This is serious shit. If the Mittster cannot win in one of his "home" states (MA, NH, MI, UT and CA) then he's pretty damned vulnerable.

The Repuke base really doesn't like this guy, do they?

if no Rethug can actually limp to Tampa with a first-ballot victory. The modern era has not seen such a thing, and it would surely rip apart the GOP'ers, while we remain totally united behind President Obama.

It would be the kind of victory we haven't seen since FDR.
