Former Alabama Governor Don Siegelman Still Needs Our Help

Last edited Fri Jun 7, 2013, 11:26 PM - Edit history (1)

Railroaded by Karl Rove and a corrupt U.S. Attorney, tried, convicted and sentenced by a judge who should have recused himself,, former Alabama Governor Don Siegelman is still locked up in a federal prison and he needs our help.

If you haven't already done so, please consider signing his daughter's petition to President Obama to free this innocent Democrat.

This case has been covered before by Democratic Underground; but the fact remains that this popular former Democratic Governor is still locked up;

Don Siegelman's only crime was to be a popular Democratic Governor in a Republican state.

Also, the "apologists" don't like any thread which in ANY way criticizes Obama.

I'm beginning to think Obama will do almost anything to avoid pissing off the Rethugs.
