Are some pigs more equal than others in regard to NSA spying?

Is the NSA vacuuming up all of the communication and Internet use of Supreme Court Justices? Members of Congress? Governors? Is lawyer/client privilege now over? Or, in this new paradigm are some exempted?

It's also why they're pursuing the "leaker" who told us about the collection of harmless data.
