If it's now a crime to annoy a police officer in New York State...



Can an officer arrest you because they're annoyed because you complained to them that they're not doing their God-damned job?

That will give them carte blanche to fuck with anyone they want to. They need to REMOVE powers from the police, NOT add to them!

the possibility for police abuse of this new law is breathtaking, they can and will make up any excuse to say that they were annoyed to make an arrest.
The police in this country are way out of control and need to have their wings clipped, and this is coming from a retired LEO with 30+ years, granted, I was an armed USFS Ranger, but I still had to know Federal/State/Local laws in the region I was assigned to.
