An interesting detail of the Verison case that got relatively little play here

One of the early judges to rule Obamacare unconstitutional was a Judge Roger Vinson who felt that the individual mandate was so onerous that the whole act had to be stricken down. Guess so signed the leaked Verison warrant, none other than judge Roger Vinson. So the man who felt that giving a tax break to those who buy insurance that they deny to those who don't is unconstitutional felt that having the government have access to every single phone bill, not so much.
