Americans wouldn’t need to be concerned about their privacy if members of Congress worked less, according to Texas Gov. Rick Perry

Speaking to Fox News host Neil Cavuto on Monday, the Republican governor said recent revelations about the NSA showed that an over-sized and “out of control” government was now “a reality.”

“The reason I truly believe we need a part time Congress is because when they’re not there all the time, they’re not sitting around dreaming up new things to do to us — or for us, in their opinion,” he explained....more

... they aren't doing the job they were elected to do.

And now they are outraged that they didn't know what was going on with the NSA even after they've voted numerous time for FISA bill and have been notified of what it's in.

Was funny this morning listening to Congressmen on the TV tube saying that even though they have been voting on the bill they didn't know what was in it.

A bunch of incompetent Republican assholes!

They need to spend MORE time doing their jobs, and less time on useless legislation, less time on fake scandal hearing, less time on fund raising, and less time on vacation!

Like your predecessor found out, Washington is NOT like the State of Texas. People need to work full-time here. Congress is doing a lot of damage by only working part-time now.
