The Founding Fathers should have had Bill of Rights death pool

What amendment will be first out?
Which will be the last one standing?
What year will see the final end to The Bill of Rights?

I think the 2nd will probably be the last one standing. The government doesn't seem to be nearly as concerned with things that actually kill us by the truckload every day. They are much more focused on spending trillions on perpetual war and total surveillance.

The Constitution. The rest are certainly important, but the first ten have the distinction of being referred to as the Bill of Rights.

Cheers!

The first ten Amendments are The Bill of Rights. The rest are simply Amendments. Many of those were enacted long after the founding fathers and therefore they would not have been able to include things they were not aware of in their death pool.

They die and then get resurrected periodically.

Same guys who added bill of rights then turned around and passed Alien and Sedition Acts.
