Assange sets out his stall for Senate ticket

Mr Assange says that if he is elected, his party will introduce legislation to require law enforcement and security agencies to obtain judicial warrants before they access telecommunications and internet metadata.

Published statistics show that federal and state law enforcement agencies and government departments obtained telecommunications and internet metadata more than 300,000 times in 2010-2012 ...
