1. It's not really about the deficit.

It's about talking points that instill fear, dumbing down the base, deflection and obstruction. If repukians really cared about the deficit and the economy they would not have left country the way they left it in 2004.

2. It would sure be interesting to see how much the Repugs have spent

in their witch hunts and inaction on bills. For instance, how much has Issa wasted with his hounding of Obama?

We're paying salaries to these clowns and getting nothing in return but walls, lies and shenanigans. Eight years of that has got to cost us dearly by the time Obama leaves office.

I wouldn't blame him if he walked out and flipped them the bird on the way.
