The latest, an unidentified Wendy's worker at an unidentified Wendy's location, bending down with his mouth wide open under a familiar Frosty machine, as he gobbles-down the ice-creamy goop. (For those wondering, it appears to be vanilla Frosty.)
You can bet that the Wendy's worker didn't find this move originally posted on Reddit on Wednesday anywhere in the company's corporate training manual. (By Thursday morning, the image also appeared on the sites of The Consumerist and Business Insider.)
The move comes just days after a photo went viral of an unidentified Taco Bell employee licking a stack of Taco Bell taco shells.
And several years ago, a video went viral of a Domino's employee stuffing some of the company's pizza cheese up his nose and other gross places.

(102,294 posts)could not recount a disgustingly similar story... I remember watching an entire commercial multi-gallon jug of pickles being dropped on the floor and later scooped right back up for later use. That might be the least of it.
It dramatically diminished my desire to frequent them, that's for sure. I like restaurants like Qdoba where most of the food prep is visible in front of you. That doesn't prevent some grotesque intentional contamination, but probably lessens it.

(2,049 posts)degrades everyone. It's just a way of devaluing yourself. When i became an adult i figured that out. I don't know why anyone would eat that crap, and i mean even without the extra indignities. You have to have a diminished self-worth or just be really ignorant to patronize those establishments. Eat whole foods, local as possible, low on the food chain, mostly plants. In so doing you will help your own health, the local economy, the health of the planet, and of course the animals who are tortured in factory farms
