Born on Krypton, he came to this country with the promise of Hope - the symbol he bears on his chest. Many of our families also have a history of immigration. We share Superman’s hope and we continue his fight for truth, justice and the American Way.

Superman is an immigrant and so was someone in my family tree. I have been lucky to have roots here for 300 years. My roots aren't any more important than roots that have just taken hold. My roots should be used by others to hang on to until theirs are deeper.
