Unlike the NSA, they'll be happy to show your daughter exactly how much of her Kindle data resides on their servers---every scrap of it, by the way. Also unlike the NSA, they are free to use that data according to their Terms of Service with not even a pretense of having to get a warrant.

Your daughter did read the Amazon Terms of Service, right?
