Chipotle = GMO

And some of you folks thought Oreos were bad? Wow.

http://www.chipotle.com/en-us/menu/ingredients_statement/ingredients_statement.aspx

The WHO (that's the World Health Organization, not the seminal British rock band) defines Genetically Modified Organisms (GMOs) as “organisms in which the genetic material (DNA) has been altered in a way that does not occur naturally.” Our goal is to eliminate GMOs from Chipotle's ingredients, and we're working hard to meet this challenge. For example, we recently switched our fryers from soybean oil to sunflower oil. Soybean oil is almost always made from genetically modified soybeans, while there is no commercially available GMO sunflower oil. Where our food contains currently unavoidable GM ingredients, it is only in the form of corn or soy.

12 of the 24 ingredients listed on the site are affixed with a red "G" -- indicating the presence of GMOs.

Slamming them like this is counterproductive.

Rather than focus on not eating shit masquerading as food, we choose to insist that they deep fry our shit in non-GMO oil.

Now we're getting somewhere!

Even though we know with 100% certainty that deep fried shit is horrible for your health and there is NO evidence of human health effects from eating GMO foods, that is the direction we have chosen.

GENIUS!

you must not own a microwave, you must not ever partake of prepared food, you must not partake in ,

fuck, we aren't worthy,

unless we claim we love us some Olive Garden, then you'll see the fur fly.

Chipolte isn't fixing shit, the deep fryer alone was the kicker. Sunflower oil, right, peanut oil fries at hotter temperatures but I guess they are afraid of people with peanut allergies not buying their crap.
