DSCC raises $4.9M in May, boosted by Obama fundraisers
The Democratic Senatorial Campaign Committee (DSCC) brought in $4.9 million in May, the largest total they've ever raised during that month in a nonelection year.
The committee has totaled $22.2 million raised for the 2014 cycle, and has $10 million cash on hand for May.
Those numbers were boosted by help from President Obama, who headlined a handful of DSCC fundraisers during the month.

House Democrats Post Strong May Fundraising
House Democrats raised $6.1 million in May, bringing their total fundraising this year to $34.1 million, according to a Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee aide.
The monthly haul is $700,000 more than the party raised in April and brings the DCCCs cash on hand to $11 million.
The numbers come after President Barack Obama headlined a number of high-profile events for the DCCC in May, including two fundraisers in Chicago at the end of the month.
