13. The call to declare Davis' comment not germane

and deliver her third strike was a total bullshit call. Davis was discussing the bill's requirement that the patient return to the abortion doctor, not her regular doc or OB for the followup labwork after the procedure or taking RU-486. she was comparing that hardship on the patient to the hardship created in the stupid sonogram-vaginal-probe-rape bill. Campbell objected, and sucked Dewhurst long enough to get him to agree.

Now it is all parliamentary procedure in the works.
