spying and he gets a pass. Not acceptable especially from centrist Democrats. If you are willing to look the other way over Clapper's lies, then you have no business being a Democrat.

GWB had a strategy to insure he was never entrapped under oath to answer inappropriate and intrusive personal questions.

He never testified under oath for anything in his entire two terms.*

* that is an educated guess. I recall he would generally refuse to testify if he was to be put under oath, and even then he would only testify if Dick Cheney was holding his hand.

He did stand under oath at both of his inaugurations. Other than that, I think you're right that he never did.
