5. Don't know on DOMA, but...

My gut says Prop 8 will be overturned. Could be a narrow "The people bringing the case don't have standing. We're sending this back to the lower courts". Given the fact that the lower courts struck down Prop 8, same sex marriage would be legal again in California.

Here's the good news. Whatever tomorrow bring, we will see marriage equality in the US in the very near future. We've reached the tipping point. Love for tomorrow to be definitive, but even if it's only a partial victorty or a defeat, it *will* happen. Hopefully in about 6 hours. Hang in there
