Does anyone have any idea when supreme court marriage ruling might become public?

I'm considering staying up for it because I have work to do and honestly I'm so excited I can't sleep. I'm worried that if it happens later in the day I might miss it though.

When does the information on this stuff generally become public? Is it early in the morning, towards noon or is it variable. I'll admit to not being the most familiar with how the supreme court announces this kind of stuff.

That would be 10:01AM.

I'm going down to the court to be there and either cheer and party or protest and holler. I figure I need to be there by 8am.

I wonder if there is a reason this is the last one

Shirley there is nothing that could be worse than yesterday's ruling is there?

Who decides which order things go in?

BTW, all these cases decided NOW...I still have that feeling that one or two of the bad 5 is going to retire soon, (along with two of the great ones) and they want all of this on the books before Hillary wins and the court changes and we are going to have to reinterpret the reinterpretations again.

Thank God Markey won last night, and we have a little breathing room when those next SCOTUS confirmations are needed.

but the order they are read on that day are usually done by the seniority of the Justice. They also get to choose who rights what opinion (concurrence and descent) by seniority.
