The late, great Molly Ivins would be so proud! To quote her:

Be outrageous, ridicule the fraidy-cats, rejoice in all the oddities that freedom can produce. 1. I loved her writing.

I am so sorry that she passed on. We still need her.

I still have an old newspaper article that she wrote years ago, stored away in a container in my basement. It was one of the funniest things I'd ever read: it was about how the bubbaettes were meaner than the bubbas.

This small bit of good news, however, might have warmed her heart. I would hope that she'd then ask why such things don't happen more often.
