The filibuster by Texas State Senator Wendy Davis

was a 14 hour anti-GOP ad.
It went nationwide and all over the world via Twitter and other forms of social media.

Just the visual of a lone woman defying a group of deceitful men was priceless.
You could not make a better ad.

Thank you Senator Davis.
Your actions will have ramifications far beyond Texas.

However, this was a stunning day that rallied a lot of people.
It was worth every word in gold.

Thank you, too, Senator Davis!

Thank you Senator Davis for standing up for women’s rights and enduring that ridiculous rule that is as outdated as the men who are trying to take away women’s right to choose. Outstanding job!.

I am amazed at her strength and determination, and I am gratified that we have a few SANE people left here in Texas.

Kudos also goes to Senator Hinojosa, whose photo PROVES how the Republicans try to cheat to get their way.

She has single-handedly put some fight back into the Democratic Party.

I hope it can be coaxed into a full-blown battle.
