I have seen the MEdia try to play this down quite a bit this morning - i.e., "They try to fudge the numbers"

Legislature "tries to turn back time"

But it is a criminal act. It needs a serious investigation.
In the meantime, thank you for restoring democracy, even for women, even for a moment.
IMHO.

And there were hundreds of witnesses to both of these so we can't hush it? FUCK! Here's the deal, since technically we can forward this to the governor as passed but will then have a huge problem...we'll concede that the vote failed, but you have to concede there was no criminal or civil violation to any aspect of the vote or its recording and time-stamping and quash any investigation or filed complaint."
If you had the choice of killing the bill right there on the spot or being able to pursue a criminal investigation but having to litigate the legality of the passage of the bill...which do you choose? I'd choose 10 times out of 10 to kill the bill.
