DCS is stonewalling about children's deaths in Tennessee

If you were about to fight for your life, wouldn’t you ask questions? Of course you would. I just did.
But Tennessee’s dead children, who were called to the state’s attention because they were abused or neglected, didn’t get that chance. And you, Mr. and Ms. Taxpayer, are paying out the nose for a state department that will not, despite a court order, tell the truth about how and why those little ones died on its watch.
