Now is the time to start funding the ACLU for voting law challenges
The SCOTUS only struck the formula for who has to get preapproval of changes. The rest of the VRA still stands, so any new changes to voting laws can still be fought in the courts. Federal courts still can delay or strike implementation of the laws, we just have to be ready to fight on multiple fronts. That's where the ACLU will be critical to the next phase of this fight.
