If the homosexuals think they have something to cheer about, guess again. What the USSC has done has invalidated every single pro homo marriage law in the country and the circus freaks have to start all over again EVERYWHERE and that costs A LOT of money. Since homosexuals rarely remain loyal, the divorce attorneys are going to have a field day and within 10 years, homosexuals will once again either be 2nd class citizens with no rights whatsoever or dead from AIDS. Now THAT is something to look forward to......Homos still haven't learned that the government is their worst enemies and when the government gets on your side, THAT is when you should get worried.

I have lost all faith in the SCOTUS. They are nothing but whores and there pimp is Obama. I often wonder how he go to CJ Roberts on his vote for the Affordable Health Care Act. Money? Threats to him or his family. Would somebody who will sit and watch four Americans die in Benghazi do this? Would somebody who will sanction listing into everybody's phone conversations do this? Would somebody direct the IRS to unlawfully harass political organizations who don't align with with his Socialist agenda? You bet Tea42's not so sweet rump he would!

New bill just past by the Devilcrats. Gayism to be taught in public schools and the bible is banned. If this is not the world you want to see vote the Devilcrats out of office.

It's always a hoot to visit Boston.Com, home of the morally obtuse and historically blinkered. Unlike the historic debates surrounding equal rights based on gender, race and ethnicity, marriage is fundamentally a moral issue. Marriage is a sacred rite, not a right. Hence, the phony mantra that the SCOTUS decisions represent another civil rights landmark or that proponents of gay rights march along the same path followed by other minorities, is a fabrication. Like it or not, millions of practicing Christians, Muslims, Jews, Hindus, Buddhists, etc. believe marriage is a sacrament and homosexuality is sinful. This makes them faithful to their moral beliefs, not bigots, and their beliefs, as well as their right to live according to these beliefs, are protected under the First Amendment. Similarly, the law protects all Americans from assault. In reality, except for a minute segment of the population, Americans show tolerance toward gays rarely replicated in other countries. Moreover, civil unions address all of the associated “rights” embodied in civil marriages. But tolerance isn’t enough for the self-righteous and constitutionally catatonic proponents of gay “marriage,” they want complete acceptance of the gay “lifestyle” and they want the government to force millions of American to discard or suppress their moral beliefs. How many of you self-proclaimed equality fanatics will protest when the Obama administration uses this ruling to amplify its assault on religious freedom by attempting to force Christian, Jewish, Muslim, etc. clerics into performing gay "marriages?" The courts and intellectually lame can wrap themselves in counterfeit proclamations like gay “marriage” and fantasize that they’re fighting homophobia, injustice and inequality, but after all the smoke and mirrors they still can’t turn a vice into a virtue. Reality eventually catches up to moral absurdities, the morally defunct and incompetent judges.

More gay privilege: I'd say this is a victory for advancing the privileged lifestyles for a minority of people and has little to do with equality. Homosexual unions are hyped as "family" based perhaps with children. The reality is, most gay men do not raise children, most gay men I know spend countless hours pampering themselves, and now they will enjoy the benefits of traditional families that raise the next generation by getting benefits that should be reserved for true families ~ no college funds to raise money for, schooling, healthcare you name it... There is nothing "equal" about this. This allows for more privilege.

ULow InfoVoter at 9:26 AM June 26, 2013
Another sad defeat for America, when a VERY small vocal group can intimidate the vast majority to give up their definition of marriage and the moral values it was created to promote. There is no reason to through the baby out with the bath water - so to speak. - Congress and the IRS grant all kinds of special institutions, groups, and individual tax exemptions and benefits. If the issue with the LGTB community was just benefits I am sure there would be no problem giving them the same marriage penalty and divorce rights in a ‘civil union’. Simple language – Where ever the word “marriage” is used in legislation, law, statute, or code also apply its provisions to “civil union”.
But of course that IS NOT their agenda they seek to not just be tolerated but held out as morally equivalent exemplars of freedom of expression, and not recognize that they are unfortunately biologically or psychologically defective individuals. No judgment in that, just a fact. No one likes to be told they are wrong (e.g. alcoholics, pedophiles, psychotics), and if they didn’t keep trying to rub their affliction in everyone’s face no one would care – and quite frankly most don’t, just the deniers and the intolerant in the community. Tolerance has never meant acceptance – love the person, treat the problem.

Yo-Komo at 9:15 AM June 26, 2013
Gays may have shot themselves in the foot by pushing this issue. When the actual number of gays being married is known, it will prove that less then 1% of the US population is gay. They will immediately lose their political clout, since their votes/support will be deemed too small to cater to.

I'm celebrating today's ruling with a nice chilled glass of these people's tears.

Yeah unlike the Hetero's who's divorce rate is over 50%.

God they are stupid.

And then there's this one: "Does Scotus even know what the bible is?" Um.. they aren't allowed to consult the bible when it comes to making laws.. probably has something to do with the founding fathers thinking that you religious folks are all out of your damn minds..

But the truth is it's Religion that has stood in the way of Homosexual rights all these years. Religion. Now maybe your church is modernized and not discriminatory but yours would be the exception not the rule.

You think you are offended? Imagine what it's like to have all the worlds problems laid at your footsteps.. 9/11? Yeah it's because we let gays out of the closet. Iraq? Yeah God Hates Fags. Shooting at a school? It's because we allow gay teachers. It goes on and on...
